You can shop millions of items at Amazon.com using Shop with Points. Please note, however, that rewards cannot be used for all purchases at Amazon.com. Please reference our restrictions list below.

About Shop with Points Restrictions

No. There is no fee for using Chase Ultimate Rewards points at Amazon.com.

Eligible cards include Chase Freedom Rise®, Chase Freedom Unlimited®, Chase Freedom Flex, Chase Freedom® Student, Chase Sapphire®, Chase Sapphire Preferred®, Chase Sapphire Reserve®, J.P. Morgan Reserve®, Ink Cash®, Ink Business Cash®, Ink Business Unlimited®, Ink Plus®, Ink Business Preferred®, Ink Business Premier℠, Chase Corporate Flex. Chase debit cards are not part of this program, only the credit cards listed above can be used for Shop with Points at Amazon.com. First, ensure your eligible Chase Ultimate Rewards card is enrolled for Shop with Points by clicking on “Accounts & Lists” in the top right. Go to “Your Account” and then “Shop with Points” under “Shopping programs and rentals”. If enrolled, you will see your balance here. You may also proceed to checkout and view your balance on the Payments Page.

You can apply any eligible Promotional Coupons, Gift Cards and Amazon Payments Accounts to orders even when redeeming with your Chase Ultimate Rewards points. Amazon first applies the Chase Ultimate Rewards points, then Promotional Coupons, then Gift Card or Amazon Payments Account amount, and finally any remaining balance to your eligible Chase card with Chase Ultimate Rewards.

If you no longer want to use Chase Ultimate Rewards points to shop at Amazon.com, you can unenroll your card in “Shop with Points” under “Account & Lists” and then “Your Account”. You will still be able to use your Chase Ultimate Rewards credit card for transactions at Amazon.com.

Rewards from multiple reward programs cannot currently be aggregated for a single order. You may register multiple rewards programs at Amazon.com; however, rewards purchases will be paired with the card associated with the rewards program.

To use Shop with Points within Shared Payment settings, you must add your card to your personal wallet and enroll it into Shop with Points. Please ensure that your Shared settings are set to “Both Shared and Individual Payment Methods” (only admins can make this change). Admins can make this change by selecting Shared settings in Business settings. This will not impact the payment methods in your Shared wallet and approved employees will still be able to use them to make purchases on Amazon. Note: You cannot use Shop with Points through the Shared wallet and it must be accessed through your personal wallet. You will ensure that all points are used for the company’s business purposes only, to benefit only the company and not for the personal benefit of any individual, and in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, ethics standards and company policies.
