By participating in the Amazon.com Shop with Points program (“SWP”) using Wings Member Rewards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.com Conditions of Use and the Wings Member Rewards Program Terms & Conditions, linked at the end of these Terms and Conditions. Please review all terms carefully, together with the Amazon.com Privacy Notice, to understand Amazon.com’s practices and the rules applicable to your Wings Member Rewards Account.
To use your Wings Member Rewards points to purchase eligible items at Amazon.com (the “Amazon Site”), your Wings Financial Credit Union card that earns Wings Member Rewards (“Wings Card” and its associated Wings Member Rewards account, the “Wings Member Rewards Account”) must be linked to your Amazon Site account through the SWP enrollment process (please refer to the question “How do I enroll my Wings Member Rewards Account in Shop with Points?” in the FAQ section to better understand the process). Amazon and/or Wings reserves the right to restrict your use of SWP or to un-enroll your Wings Member Rewards Account by de-linking it from your Amazon Site account at any time in Amazon or Wings’ sole discretion, including when misuse or fraud is suspected.
You agree that Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and/or service providers (collectively, “Amazon”) may share with Wings Financial Credit Union, its affiliates and/or service providers (collectively, “Wings”) certain information that you have provided or will provide to Amazon, in each case for the limited purposes of validating your eligibility to participate in SWP, linking your Amazon Site account to your Wings Member Rewards Account, and/or, once enrolled, facilitating your participation in SWP through redemption of your Wings Member Rewards, including processing payments for purchases on the Amazon Site made with Wings Member Rewards. You further agree that Wings may share with Amazon certain information that you have provided or will provide to Wings and/or information regarding your Wings Member Rewards balance, in each case for the limited purposes of validating your eligibility to participate in SWP and processing any purchases you choose to make by redeeming your Wings Member Rewards. Neither Amazon nor Wings will use information provided to it by the other party in support of SWP for any purpose other than as expressly set forth in this paragraph.
Certain products listed on the Amazon Site are not eligible for purchase using Wings Member Rewards, and these items may change at any time. For a list of ineligible products, please see the Shop with Points help page linked at the end of these Terms and Conditions. Following enrollment in SWP, during the checkout process for purchases of eligible items on the Amazon Site, you will be presented with the number of your available Wings Member Rewards points and the total value of such points that you can apply towards the total cost (including taxes and shipping, as applicable) of the items being purchased. The redemption value of Wings Member Rewards points through SWP is subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Wings, subject to the terms and conditions of your Wings Member Rewards Account and applicable law. Your available Wings Member Rewards points may be used to pay for all or a portion of your eligible purchases on the Amazon Site. If you pay for only a portion of an eligible purchase using Wings Member Rewards, then the balance must be paid using your Wings Card from which the rewards are applied or an Amazon.com Gift Card. Wings will adjust your rewards balance at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough Wings Member Rewards points in your Wings Member Rewards Account at the time that you wish to redeem your Wings Member Rewards points. If you do not have enough Wings Member Rewards points remaining in your Wings Member Rewards Account at the time they are to be redeemed, you can still complete the purchase by paying the outstanding balance with your Wings Card from which the rewards are applied or an Amazon.com Gift Card. There is no fee to redeem your Wings Member Rewards points on the Amazon Site. Wings Member Rewards points may not be combined with points from other rewards programs, or with other credit or debit cards, to make purchases using SWP.
Returns are subject to Amazon’s returns policy. If any of the products related to your original order are returned, subject to Amazon’s refund policy, you will receive a refund of the amount charged to your card first, followed by Wings Member Rewards points. If a refund of your Wings Member Rewards points cannot be processed by Wings for reasons including but not limited to (a) closure of your card account, (b) closure of your rewards account, or (c) conversion of your rewards to a non-reward account, Amazon will issue an Amazon.com Gift Card to you for an amount equal to the value of the Wings Member Rewards points used towards your purchase.
If your eligible Wings Member Rewards Account is linked to an Amazon Site account that is not your own (such as an additional cardholder), or you allow others to access your Amazon Site account where you have linked a Wings Member Rewards Account, your Wings Member Rewards balance and associated total redemption value will be displayed and available for their use.
