      Firstly you need to buy a splitter separately as there is no separate aux for mic and headphone. Even after that purchase, mic can't catch up the volume, headphone sound quality too low. I contacted the support as well and they are quite chilly and laid back. Just ask to register for warranty and that's it. There after no replies to the emails. There are much deserving products in same range. Don't waste your money in this crap product and company.

      I'm writing this to let y'all know the seller is fraud, you will not get the 3.5mm splitter cable. I'm giving 3 stars because the headphones are good, not too good just decent bass, decent mic and they aren't much loud either. The headphones are bit loose and might fall off, if you lean backwards. Overall, a good purchase but do take these points into consideration.
