Tracking your package

Track your Amazon order easily, by viewing tracking information on Your Orders. If you've multiple orders, you might find the details under different tracking IDs.

To view in your preferred language, locate the country flag on top banner and use the drop down to select the language.

The products you order on Amazon are delivered in following ways:

Your can identify the courier that is delivering your package by visiting Your Orders page.

Visit our Shipping and Delivery Help page if you are looking for details related to: Delivery of your Shipment, Delivery Speeds and Charges, Rescheduling a Delivery, Missing or Undeliverable Packages and more.

To track your package:

  • Go to Your Orders
  • Go to the order you want to track
  • Select Track Package next to the selected order
  • Select See all Updates to view delivery updates. The status of the order will have the details of the courier partner.

Note:
  • If you are looking to receive the package at a later date, you can request to reschedule your delivery. For more details, visit the Rescheduling A Delivery Help page.
  • If an order includes multiple items, each item may have separate delivery date and tracking information.
  • Items shipped by sellers from the Amazon Marketplace can also be tracked, but only if the seller has shared this information with Amazon and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.
  • If your order tracking status shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. Refer to Find a Missing package that shows as Delivered Help page for more information.
  • If you have not received your order and tracking status shows as “Undelivered”, visit Undeliverable Packages to know reasons why a package is undeliverable and the refund timelines for undelivered packages.
  • UIf the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow 1 additional day for packages shipped by Amazon and 5 additional days for packages shipped by third-party couriers to be delivered. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.
  • If your order tracking says "Problem occurred", "Returning to Seller" or "Undeliverable", check your address and pincode. You must always enter complete address with building name/number, street number, area/locality, nearest landmark, city/town/village and the correct pincode.
