1. Sign up for Amazon Web Services China
Customers who wish to use Amazon Web Services resources in either Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region operated by Sinnet, or China (Ningxia) Region operated by NWCD, or both, are required to create an Amazon Web Services (China) Account, a set of credentials that are distinct and separate from other Amazon Web Services global Accounts. Only customers with an Amazon Web Services (China) Account will be able to use resources in China regions. All customers who wish to use other Amazon Web Services global regions outside of China will need to create a Amazon Web Services global Account by visiting here.

2. Complete ICP Filing
In accordance with Chinese law and regulations, the State subjects non-commercial internet information services to a record-filing system and commercial internet information services to a permit system. No one may engage in the provision of internet information services without having carried out record-filing procedures or obtained permission. If you use Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region or Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region to host a website providing non-commercial Internet information services, you must undertake filing procedures for this non-commercial website (an “ICP Recordal”).
Sinnet, as the operator of Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, is also the licensed provider responsible for supporting and verifying ICP Recordal and ICP License for Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region customers.To learn more information, please refer to Sinnet website.
