I'm on version 5.09, own a Fitbit Air, and do not see any option for Health Guardian under Settings. You said you own a Pixel Watch 5 and a Fitbit Air. What makes you think that Health Guardian would be rolling out for Fitbit Air by itself? Is there some Google announcement concerning its availability on Fitbit Air?

I use "Archive" for all my social apps in addition to not having them on my home page.
Archive also ensures that they're not running in background. Of course, you can just not install stuff too. That helps. But archiving first helps you to get used to not reaching for those apps in the first place.

You're also forgetting Pebblebee which has an excellent set of find hub supported devices.
I feel like the one way I could end up buying pixel tags is if I have money left over in my Google Store account after I buy a phone or a watch.
