See AllI replaced my Samsung home screen with a custom launcher, and I'm never going back
I like Niagara, but, man, it is way too expensive for the experience.
Motorola has reinvented itself as the top Android maker, and it's benefiting us all
"Arguably the best"
There's no argument. It's not the best. The software support, as mentioned, is a joke, which keeps me from ever buying one of their phones.
I tested dozens of music players, and this is the only one I kept
Who has mp3s anymore? Seriously, what percentage of folks using music streaming apps even bothered to keep them?

Apple's iPhone Ultra needs to do more than flash its logo to beat Samsung and Google
In the US at least, Apple certainly can slap their logo on a foldable phone, and 99% of iPhone loyalists will say this is the most innovative product they've ever seen since the advent of penicillin. People tend to fall into their silos and never leave--be it tech, politics, food, clothing, or shopping habits. That's human nature. Google Maps has a big problem, and it's getting worse in 2026
Another example on AP today (the other being the ads coming to Gemini article) where Google ONLY knows advertising slop, a la the early 2000s, and its CEO can inspire nothing else for a revenue stream. Gemini may get ads soon as executives look to turn the money taps on
Of course.
Google, with its same CEO for years and years, is so boring and unoriginial in exciting investors with new revenue streams that the only way they think they can generate any money is with ads.
Funny how Apple has become a multi-trillion dollar company without splashing ads everywhere, or stealing your data to do so.
So ahead, Google--garbage up more services with advertising slop. It'll just drive us to more ad-free options. This isn't the 2000s anymore.
