I love J.D. Robb's In Death series. All of the main characters are very interesting. Set in 2050's in New York city and with self driven flying cars and synthetic food you get to imagine what the future holds. This book had a satisfying ending and left you wanting more.

Liked.....did not love, this book. I really enjoy a good dtective mystery and could have done without the "50 shades of gray" sex scenes. Instead of filling the pages with that, qould have liked more character develppment and back story. Just my opinion

I listened to the entire series that is currently available and I could not stop listening. I was so sad to see me get to the last book, which, at 58 books, it was surprising how fast I flew through them.
When I first started this book, Book 1, I was a little confused by the narrative, having not read the synopsis, but I’m a fairly smart woman, so it didn’t take me long to figure out it was written in the future, which, after listening a while I could start to imagine this amazing world that JD Robb wrote about.
I quickly fell in love with Eve and Rourke and the entire NYPSD family.
I just finished listening to this book again, wanted to see if I could listen to them again and still enjoy it as much, and I did. I could not recommend this book enough. Truly amazing. Thank you JD Robb for this amazing world you created.
