Loved the inclusive guidance given throughout this book. It promotes lots of self love and healing along with practical advice and prompts to use for journals. Author also shares a lot of self experience too.

I feel like this is an inner therapy of guiding yourself to really unpack those inner lower beliefs and living authentically. Gently guided by Bunny’s voice. Really thankful I found this in the right time when my soul is needing to be heard and own my decisions. Her journal prompts and affirmations are so powerful! Really worth the diving in.
