I really liked this audiobook as it wasn't judgemental or patronising and it gave some really good tips for parents or people working with young people. I usually listen to fiction audiobooks so this was a nice change.

This book was exactly what it says on the tin, it was a very clear listen, concise and incorporated the positive strategies that are out there all in one place. A comforting listen that also made me reflect on my own parenting strategies and how I can implement more positive reactions and add Hygge to our lives. Thank you!

Very clean and good tips explained through various examples and from different mindsets. I recommend this a summary rule book for when raising a child but it works as well when you try to change your view of the world as an adult, too.
