Wow, what a tale! A great story and performance. R.L. Stevenson wrote beautifully. I'll be speaking like a pirate all week now.

I'm in my early 30s and Ive never read treasure island before, when I started this novel. it was hard to focus on because this is an audio drama and not a retelling of the book proper. but I have to say after listening for a few chapters I was hooked. and I'm so glad this is the version of treasure island that I got to enjoy first.. great cast. great story (especially that it's over 120 years old). 10/10

excellent version of a classic tale

This was really entertaining. I was surprised at how dark it is in some places. I think it added to the realism of the pirate adventure - people die, the dangers are real. The story ends on an unexpectedly poignant note that I appreciated. Very glad I read this, and that I read this version. The voice actors are all fantastic.

Very good
