A legacy of love and compassion
Ali in Me is a heartfelt exploration of Muhammad Ali’s extraordinary ability to inspire greatness in everyone he encountered. The personal stories shared throughout this series moved me to tears, as they revealed the kindness, compassion and humanity Ali brought to every interaction. Listening to these moments reminded me of the power of being kind and how one person’s belief in others can change lives. People come into our lives for a purpose, often in ways we can’t foresee. The world could use more individuals like Ali—leaders who inspire and leave a legacy of hope, courage and love. His unwavering dedication to uplifting others is a timeless reminder of how we all can make an impact. —Belyne LJ., Audible Editor

I listen to audiobooks while I drive. I rarely park and wait for a segment to finish before getting out of the car. I did that multiple times with Ali in Me. Well worth the time.

Very well done.

I had a Mohammad moment I will never forget. He was a gentle soul. I was getting off our show bus one winter evening in Colorado when a limo pulled up. He got out in a wearing a fine wool top coat and respectfully in a soft voice asked to see the bus. “You bet Champ!”

A beautiful tribute!

Muhammad Ali: “Service to others is the rent you pay in life.”
That was outstanding. I thought I knew what a great man he was, but hearing the moments big and small where he practiced what he preached, renewed my faith in people. While some of the topics were heavy, the tone was unceasingly uplifting.

The only thing I didn’t care for was Will Smith using this biography to humble brag about Will Smith.
Aside from Ali’s family, Smith’s segments got the most screen time and yet spent the most time turning the focus on Smith. I’d take a star off the rating but that wouldn’t be the path that Ali would approve.

He went hard on everything, especially love

There was only one dislike but the overall was loved. I learned a lot not only about Muhammad but what he stood for and all he’s done. When I originally learned about him at school some of the things I learned from this were not things learned. This also painted a whole other side of hiphop for me. It was an eye opener. 100% recommend.

Ali was HipHop
