Where does Dare rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is one of the best books on a new approach to anxiety and it is the only one that worked for me.What was one of the most memorable moments of Dare?
I had really given up on getting better with my panic attacks and resigned myself to just live in my small world as best as I could. I met a woman who had a different approach to anxiety, she had me get Reid Wilson's book and I found Dare after that. They are giving the same new way and it WORKS! Dare makes it simple and easy to understand. It is not easy but it is simple. Once you stop fighting to get away from your anxious thoughts and make the inner shift to run towards them, they lose their power. For me Defuse and Run towards D and R of DARE were what I was missing. I could white knuckle my way thru any exposure but never got better, and I got Claire Weeke's message to allow years before. But I would argue with myself the whole time I did exposures. Defuse from the thoughts baby Allow the symptoms, Run towards the anxious thoughts or Request more anxiety and Engage in what is happening at that moment. And keep doing it. I can do things that used to freak me out and don't get panic attacks now, I even enjoy them again. I am not cured, and still have a ways to go to be grateful for my anxiety but I see I could be grateful for it. I have my DARE bracelet to always remind me what to do when start slipping back into my old stinking thinking and the Facebook page is great too.Any additional comments?

As you know for example schyzofrenia runs in families and very very often it appears around 20. The one percent that gets this later, is NOT something someone with anxiety needs to know. I am so fed up with psychiatrists like you with zero empathy towards a sufferer. If someone has PTSD there are also other symptoms. Same with COPD.
