This is one of the few books that made me reevaulate some of my beliefs. I'm not a changed man after 1 listen, but the ideas and advice within this book really struck home for me. If you enjoyed "The Power of Now" by Ekhart Tolle, you probably won't be disappointed here.

This is another wonderful book to add to your collection if you are on a spiritual journey. To hear "why" and "what" from a totally different and ancient culture echoing strongly the concepts/philosophies of Buddahism, Psychology, and etc, makes a powerful sense of why we are here, how our mind sets our reality or delusion, how our culture and family influences.

I have listened to this three times--it goes quickly--and each time heard new things. The fact that we all have "agreements" about who we are resonated with me. Now that I am able to choose healthier agreements, it is liberating to recognize agreements decided for me when I was young. Worth listening to for anyone in the throes of self reflection.

Only 2 and a half hours, but definitely worth a credit, and worth your time as well. The 4 teachings in this book are straightforward and easy enough to understand, but have stayed with me for years. I have a small well-worn and much loved copy of this book. It's one of the few print books I've kept over the years. The audiobook is just as wonderful.
The advice in this book has helped me through both very difficult times as well as the little rough patches of everyday life.
Treat yourself to this book. It's worth it and you are, too!
