Sanchez and Heron are a great pair. I love the partnership of the federal agent with the brilliant IT person. The story lines are also quite enjoyable.

The narrator was also wonderful.

Loved the character progression. Still find Selina annoying. Some of the plot was easy to figure out. Loved how all the plots came together. Just the right amount of creepy coupled with justice. Great surprise at the end. Already looking forward to the next book.

Intrigue at the highest level! As in their first collaboration, the powerfully talented Deaver/Maldonado team's Book 2 in the series cranks up the action and suspense to a breathtaking level. The story arc is fascinating, as are Sanchez and Heron, who we get to know better as the chapters fly by. A dizzying read, smart, captivating and a spot-on procedural. I spent multiple hours at a time listening to the audiobook version, voiced by two very talented narrators and look forward to more books in the series.
