This book had the feel of a group of friends sitting down to share their stories and insights with me. And like the best of friends, I felt better for having listened to them. This book leaves me feeling pumped up and ready to go be fat in the world, unapologetically. And to wear whatever I like. And to tell the fat phobic doctor that the solution to my sore throat is not weight loss! this book was a great choice and I do not regret buying it or listening to it. For fats by fats.

Hearing this in audible was kind of funny since whenever I heard "fat babe" it sounded like "frappe" and I pretty much adored all of the stories except for one. I really appreciated the mention of asexual people.
