This one pulled at all my heart strings! This audio was so incredibly special! Teddy and Savannah did such and incredible job bringing these characters to life! This is definitely one of my favorite books Elsie has written!

The way I binged this book in one sitting was crazy. I loved West and Skylars relationship and growth together thoughout this book. The found family was perfection and West's kids accepted Skylar with open arms into their home. This book had me crying, giggling and kicking my feet.

fancy face and coach thick thighs are adorable and perfect. West is an incredible mix of carefree dad-joke-making goofball and sensitive, protective, responsible man and it is a delight. And Skylar. My girl. She’s breaking free and finding herself in a place where she can truly be herself and it’s beautiful. Emmy and Oliver are fantastic and so like West’s two sides it’s adorable.

This audiobook is PHENOMENAL! Teddy Hamilton perfectly captures West’s attitude and charisma and Savannah Peachwood is a forever favorite of mine. She’s the best Skylar. And the songs performed by Alyssa Brigiotta. Wow. I don’t have the words! Such an incredible experience for your ears! And heart. And soul.

Breaking news…. This story owns my heart. I love the single dad trope, and West is an amazing dad 😮‍💨 I loved his relationship with his kids, Oliver aka Ollie, and Emmy. Oliver is my favorite character and seeing his relationship with Skylar made me tear up on multiple occasions. Emmy is so cute, and she knows what she wants. This kids were such great side characters.

I absolutely adore Skylar, and loved her character growth so much! Seeing the change made me proud in a weird way 🤣 I loved her relationship with West’s kids, and how they instantly take her in to their lives.

West is the hottest dad. The way he treats and adores his children is heartwarming. I loved their interactions. I am so happy that the kids are in a lot of the book, and we get a good amount of them.

The two songs included in the story were absolutely amazing! Savannah’s (narrator) voice when she sings is gorgeous 😍 Photosynthesis and Wild Eyes needs to be record and released.


“Just in case it’s the last one 😭” I bawled when I hear that.

Highly recommend this story, and especially the audiobook. The narrator did an outstanding job and added so much to the story through their different voices and emotions.
