Petco only lets you use one coupon or promo code per transaction. However, you can sometimes combine a promo code with in-store discounts on specific products. 

Petco accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Most items can be returned in-store or by mail, but some exclusions apply. For instance, saltwater fish can’t be returned and all in-store grooming and training sessions are nonrefundable. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Yes. Petco offers free standard shipping on most orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. Auto-ship customers may also qualify for free shipping on recurring deliveries. Some items, like live fish, frozen food and products over 300 pounds, incur additional fees. 

Petco does not offer a student discount at this time. However, students can still benefit from recurring sales and Petco coupons.

Petco doesn’t currently offer a military discount online or in-store. While some locations honored military discounts in the past, the company no longer advertises a formal discount for active-duty service members, veterans or military families.

Petco doesn’t currently have a customer referral program. However, Petco Pals Rewards members can earn points for purchases and access exclusive deals.

Yes. Petco employees receive a discount of up to 20% on most items, including pet food, supplies and services. The discount may vary depending on product category and is available in-store and online for eligible employees.

Yes, Petco has a Price Match Guarantee policy for select items. The pet retailer matches online prices advertised by key competitors, like Chewy, PetSmart, Walmart and Target. To qualify for a price match, the items must be identical. Some brands and clearance items aren’t eligible for price matching.
