Architectural Photographer Khiem Huynh instantly recognized the tranquility and welcoming ambience of this space in San Diego, CA. A feeling he set out to capture in his photography. Khiem shared: "Upon entering the space, the greenery and furniture immediately created a serene and inviting atmosphere. I wanted the photo to convey that same sense of openness, brightness, and comfort. While it’s easy to get caught up in technical details in interior design, I intentionally kept things simple and let the design speak for itself. The harmonious blend of natural light, textures, and clean lines made it an enjoyable shot to capture." After spending three years leading the Eastern Canada region, Guillermo Rico Juberias relocated to Miami to be closer to family. As Regional Director of South Florida for CoStar, he's now responsible for one of the largest markets in the US. Renowned as a top performer, Guillermo became a mentor to colleagues seeking to advance their careers. His approachable leadership style has inspired many, and his willingness to share his own experiences has made him a trusted resource for those transitioning into new roles or across brands. "When taking this photo, I was searching for an angle that would capture the whole building and its surroundings, while also reflecting the trees in the park opposite.
