This month, our sustainability focus highlighted our longstanding partnership with Fair Trade USA and the meaningful impact it creates in the farming communities where we grow. Throughout the month, we shared the story of Dole's Fair Trade Certified™ programs with employees and customers while supporting their Back-to-School campaign. Inspired by the season, we also organized a company-wide School Supply Drive to help students start the school year with confidence. Donations from employees across our locations will primarily benefit Perkins Elementary School in San Diego, California, near our Port of San Diego operations, while also supporting our other local communities. Thank you to everyone who contributed. For 10 years, the Organic Produce Summit has brought the organic produce community together to share ideas, build relationships, and shape the future of our industry. Over the past decade, OPS has grown from approximately 500 attendees and 70 exhibitors to more than 200 exhibitors, reflecting the continued momentum behind organic produce.   Beyond the trade show floor, we're also proud to have supported this year's Seed to Service volunteer event, where the produce industry came together to pack approximately 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 for Brighter Bites.
