🚨 Day #1 with H2TAB! 🚨 Excited to kick off documenting my health journey and share every step as I work to transform my body and mind for better on-track performance — and to inspire others to do the same. When I was 16, I hit 263 lbs after years of bullying at school. That moment sparked a fire: I lost 100 lbs in just 10 months through sheer determination. since then the weight has creeped back on, but after moving from the UK to the US in 2021, I gained back 50 lbs in 3 years, now sitting at around 240lbs, a wake-up call that opened my eyes to what is put in our food and how it affects us. Now, I’m on a mission again. This time, it’s not just about losing weight, but also about: ✅ Cutting out seed oils ✅ Avoiding chemically sprayed carbs ✅ Eating only whole, nutrient-dense foods ✅ Tracking my blood work to improve my health markers I’m committed to sharing my health transformation journey publicly: the highs, the struggles, and the tools I’m using because better health doesn’t just impact my daily life, it directly correlates to sharper focus, faster reaction times, and improved performance on the race track. My goal is to show how optimizing health can elevate performance, and to help others take control of their own well-being too. I’m also excited for H2Tab to play a key role in my preparation and recovery.
