  • AI knows the whole internet. It doesn't know your Tuesday. No briefing. No pasting. The agent is already in the room with your team, so it has the thread and the docs before you ask. One agent per job. Sales briefs every call. Finance flags every variance. Product drafts the release notes. hops.ai, early access is open.

  • Katie and her sister Lindsay share one Hops agent. It handles finance questions and marketing briefs in the same space, so neither of them has to ask "wait, did you already deal with this?"

My best communication hack for small teams!! My sister and I run a lean company. But for the longest time our AI tools didn't know that.  I'd ask something in my tab, she'd ask the same thing in a completely different tab, and neither one of us could see what the other had already figured out. Hops AI fixed that by putting us in the same space, literally.  One convo, one Hops agent, and whatever it does for either of us shows up for the other person too.  Nothing's happening off to the side where the other one has to ask "wait, did you already deal with this??" We installed a finance skill, so when I ask Hops something about contractor payments, it already has that context.  We also run a marketing skill, so the same Hops agent is tracking campaigns + drafting briefs over there. Same agent, same shared space, just a different job depending on what is needed. Seriously saves so much time + energy + communication!! • Chasing money people already owe you is the worst job in a small company. Finding out somebody else already chased them is the second worst. Connect Stripe and Gmail, turn on the invoice follow-up loop, and Hops runs it. One business day past due, a friendly reminder from your own address. Day five, a firmer one on the same thread. Day ten it stops emailing the customer and brings it to whoever owns that account, with a final notice already written. Nobody sends it until a person taps it. And the whole team can see who's been chased, who replied, who paid.

  • We were hiring a marketing manager and I genuinely couldn't tell you where we were. Four candidates, three interviewing, notes in four different places. So I asked Hops. It read the pipeline, then read my email for what candidates had actually sent us. The ball was in our court on three of them. Devin finished the take home 10 days ago and we never sent feedback. Rosa had been waiting 11 days and followed up twice, and none of those emails were on her record. We weren't short on candidates. We were short on our response time. One of five jobs. • You have a great planning session, you write it all down, and eight weeks later nobody remembers what you decided. So I asked Hops what we committed to and what had actually moved. Six things. Two shipped, two moving, two never started. Both of the dead ones were written down and owned with a date on them. Neither ever became a ticket. Both owners were already carrying something else. It created the tickets, linked each one back to the decision, and left them unassigned on purpose. Who picks them up is my call. One of five jobs. Full walkthrough: https://lnkd.in/gDANkCgb

  • I could never keep track of whether what we planned actually went out. So I asked Hops what was supposed to ship this week, and whether it did. It read the content calendar, then went and checked. Four of six shipped. One slipped waiting on a logo. One never went out at all. The monthly newsletter, 1,800 subscribers, was written on Tuesday and still sitting there as a draft. Nobody would have noticed. One of five jobs. Full walkthrough: https://lnkd.in/gDANkCgb

  • HubSpot said we hadn't heard back from two. Bluegrain at 21 days, Silverline at 17. My email said Bluegrain replied six days ago, on a different thread. The deal was never cold. It moved into someone else's inbox and nobody knew. Hops moved it back to active, logged the reply, wrote my response, then stopped and asked before sending it. One of five jobs. • Northgate owed us 48,000 and was nine days late. We'd chased twice and a third chase was going out that morning. So I asked Hops. It pulled the open invoices out of QuickBooks and the payments out of Stripe. They paid three days ago. Nobody ever marked the invoice. It marked it paid and cancelled the chase. One of five. Five minutes of this on YouTube if you want the rest: https://lnkd.in/gDANkCgb
