[#TRAINING] Empowering Leadership at Torrance. 🤝 Our Torrance management team has just wrapped up the LISI Lead & Succeed Program, a comprehensive leadership training initiative designed to strengthen our management capabilities and team cohesion. In partnership with EXPERT EFFECT, each participant benefited from: 🔎 360° feedback to grow through self-awareness 💡 6 personalized coaching sessions 🎯 The program culminated with a high-impact team-building experience inspired by Navy SEAL leadership principles: ➡️ “Check the ego” ➡️ “Cover and move” 🌟 Teams of 5 collaborated to decode clues and complete a mission to rescue Baby Yoda. A fun and strategic exercise that tested collaboration, agility, and problem-solving. A debriefing session allowed teams to reflect on what worked and where they could improve. 🧠 In the final session, each leader developed their own Personalized Operations Manual and engaged in ideation to define the DNA of a High-Performing Leadership Team. 👉 Because at LISI AEROSPACE, we believe that leadership is a collective mission. #Leadership #Teamwork 

[#WOMEN] Empowering Passion: Women Leading with Strength & Vision! 💪 We are thrilled to share that the LISI Women in Aerospace Conference held on Friday, May 9th, 2025, at El Dorado Golf Course was a tremendous success! 👭 The event brought together an inspiring group of women from our three US sites to connect, engage, and empower one another. What were the highlights of the Conference? 📢 Inspiring Keynote Speaker: We heard from Dr. Jen Welter, who shared her journey and insight as the first female to coach in the NFL as an assistant LBs Coach with The Arizona Cardinals and as the first female to play running back in men’s pro football. Before joining the men's game, Coach Jen had an amazing career in women's football, which included 2 Gold Medals with Team USA, 4 World Championships, and 8 All-Star selections. While playing football, Dr. Jen obtained her PhD in Psychology, and a Master's in Sport Psychology. Dr. Jen also has a BS in Business from Boston College. She motivated and encouraged attendees to pursue their passions and break barriers in the fastener aerospace industry. ✈️ Engaging Panelist: Our panels covered a range of topics, including career advancement, mentorship, and the future of women at LISI Aerospace. Panelists shared their experiences and offered valuable advice that resonated with all attendees. 🔎 Interactive Workshops: Participants participated in a hands-on contest to build the tallest, most creative, and strongest structure. The finished product's creativity and talent were overwhelmingly positive! 🤝 Networking Opportunities: The conference facilitated meaningful connections among attendees. Many participants left with new contacts, potential mentors, and collaborative opportunities. 🩵 A heartfelt thank you to all our speakers, panelists, and attendees who made this event possible. It starts in today’s classrooms, and we’re proud to be part of that journey. 🎓 Over the past few weeks, our team at Dorval had the privilege of visiting two excellent training institutions in the Montreal area: EMAM (École des métiers de l’aérospatiale de Montréal) and CFP Paul-Gérin-Lajoie. From informal lunch-hour chats to more structured sessions with graduating students, we had the opportunity to: ✈️ Present who we are and what we do at LISI AEROSPACE, 💡 Share insights about careers in the aerospace industry, ❓ Answer questions about career development, internships, and in-house training. 💬 “We were impressed by their curiosity and passion.
