Już za kilka dni miną trzy miesiące odkąd pracuję w Mars! 😊 Moje początki były ekscytujące, motywujące i pełne nowej wiedzy. Poznałam wiele ciekawych osób – zarówno innych uczestników projektu MYP, jak i specjalistów w swoich dziedzinach, którzy nie tylko przekazują mi swoją wiedzę, ale również okazują ogromne wsparcie i zaangażowanie w mój start w firmie. To właśnie sprawiło, że zaczęłam czuć się tak, jakbym była częścią Marsa od dawna. Najbardziej zaskoczyła mnie prawdziwa chęć pomocy współpracownikowi – możliwość poproszenia o wsparcie i uzyskanie pełnowartościowej pomocy. Kolejnym elementem, który cały czas wywołuje u mnie uśmiech, jest biuro przyjazne zwierzętom! Pracownicy mogą zabierać swoje pieski do pracy, co cieszy nie tylko zwierzęta, które nie muszą zostawać same w domu, ale również nas – bo możemy spędzić z nimi czas. 🐕 To dopiero pierwsze miesiące spędzone w Mars, ale mam nadzieję, że każdy kolejny będzie równie ciekawy, pełen wyzwań i ludzi, którzy budują tę atmosferę.

🏆With Climate Week under way, and our delegation on the ground, it was a special moment when The Climate Group recognized our Renewable Acceleration program with the RE100 Leadership Award in the Market Trailblazer category. ICYMI: We recently took a major step in our decarbonization journey with a new initiative designed to speed up the shift from fossil fuels to clean energy – not just for Mars owned sites and direct operations, but across our entire value chain. This means we are helping to bring the totality of our electricity usage to the renewables market. Implementing this strategy could cut an estimated 3 million tonnes of carbon emissions from our full value chain – about 10% of our current total footprint. Spend the day with associates from our Dublin office as the volunteer in FoodCloud kitchen, creating nourishing meals for local community iniatives. All of our associates can spend 16 hours a year volunteering in their local communities and with our charity partners.
