How do you engage thousands of volunteers... when Pope Leo XIV is in the room? 👀 For years, François Javier Chimeno Marin has used Mentimeter to create participation and dialogue in smaller group settings. This month, that experience was brought to a much larger stage. As part of a volunteer gathering concluding Pope Leo XIV's visit to Spain, thousands of attendees were invited to share their reflections through a live Mentimeter word cloud. More than 3,000 participants contributed over 18,000 words, helping create a collective snapshot of the volunteer experience. Our team travelled to Madrid to support a large volunteer gathering marking the conclusion of Pope Leo XIV's visit to Spain. 🇪🇸 While much of the event focused on celebrating and thanking the volunteers who made the weekend possible, Mentimeter was there to help create a moment of participation. Through a live Mentimeter word cloud, thousands of attendees shared words describing their experience. Together, they submitted more than 18,000 words, creating a collective reflection that was later transformed into a live freestyle performance by rapper Aysha. Here's the behind-the-scenes of the people, preparation, and moments that made it all happen. 📸

Last week, Mentimeter's CEO Johnny Warström took the stage at the Future Talent Council Summit in Stockholm. One takeaway? As AI evolves, human skills like leadership, judgment, resilience, and collaboration are becoming more important, not less.
