Meet Ozlo Sleepbuds 2. ✨ Better sleep just got an upgrade. Today, we're proud to introduce our most advanced Sleepbuds yet. This launch represents years of engineering, customer feedback, testing, and refinement, all driven by one simple goal: helping more people get the sleep they deserve. From the very beginning, we set out to build something different. Not earbuds you happen to sleep in, but a product designed specifically for sleep. One that's comfortable enough to wear all night, smart enough to fade into the background, and effective enough to help you wake up feeling rested. Sleepbuds 2 are our most refined product yet, with up to 14 hours of battery life, improved connectivity, smarter sleep detection, and an even better all-night experience. "We built Sleepbuds 2 for everyone who's ever laid awake listening to a snoring partner, noisy neighbors, city traffic, or a racing mind. Better sleep changes everything, and we're incredibly proud to share the next chapter of Ozlo." - N.B. Patil, Co-founder & CEO, Ozlo To everyone who shared feedback, tested early versions, and helped shape this product along the way, thank you. And to everyone discovering Ozlo for the first time... Welcome. Here's to better sleep. One night at a time. Read The Full Story Here: https://lnkd.in/gBuZmEEk

High performance doesn't come from complicated routines. It comes from consistently getting the fundamentals right. A big thank you to Workup for sitting down with Ozlo's CMO, Dave Goto, to talk about sleep, recovery, and building habits that last. A few takeaways we loved: • Consistency beats perfection. • Prioritize recovery just as much as performance. • Build simple habits you can actually stick with. • Better sleep has a ripple effect across nearly every aspect of your health. Dave also shares his personal wellness routine, favorite recovery tools, and why sleep remains one of the highest-return investments you can make in your health. Thanks again to Workup for the great conversation. Be sure to check out the full interview! https://lnkd.in/gZVWqsRF

Millions of people take melatonin to help them sleep, but does it actually work? The answer is...sometimes. Melatonin isn't a sleeping pill. It's a hormone your body naturally produces to help regulate your sleep-wake cycle, and it's often most effective for things like jet lag or shifting your sleep schedule, not necessarily chronic insomnia. We also dug into why more isn't always better, what the research says about dosing, and when it might be worth considering other approaches. If you've ever wondered whether melatonin is right for you, we break it all down in our latest blog. Read More: https://lnkd.in/g3-NdV3H

A huge congratulations to Eric Hinman, on becoming the HYROX World Champion (45–49) this past weekend. 🏆 The training, discipline, and consistency required to perform at that level is incredible, and it's been inspiring to watch the journey. One thing Eric talks about often is that recovery isn't optional. The work doesn't stop when training ends. Quality sleep is one of the most important tools for helping the body recover, adapt, and perform at its best. We're proud to be a small part of that routine and honored that Ozlo Sleepbuds have earned a spot in Eric's recovery stack. Congratulations again, Eric. World Champion has a nice ring to it. 👏 #HYROX #WorldChampion #Recovery #Sleep #Performance

Travel can be one of the best parts of life. It can also be one of the worst things for your sleep. Whether you're crossing time zones for work, squeezing in a weekend getaway, or spending another night in a hotel room, travel has a way of disrupting the routines that help us rest well. Different schedules, unfamiliar environments, jet lag, hallway noise, and early flights can all take a toll. That's why we put together a guide to better sleep while traveling, covering: • Why travel throws off sleep so easily • What actually helps with jet lag • The science behind sleeping in a new place • Simple ways to create a more sleep-friendly environment on the road One takeaway we loved: you don't always need to perfectly adjust to a new time zone. Sometimes the goal is simply to get the best sleep possible while you're there. If travel is part of your routine, we hope you find it helpful. Read the full guide: https://lnkd.in/gfKgJhaS

Sleep is one of the most important, and often overlooked, pillars of health. That's why we're proud to partner with FutureNeuro on the EPI-SLEEP study, a new research initiative exploring the relationship between sleep and epilepsy. For many people living with epilepsy, sleep challenges are a daily reality. Yet sleep is often not addressed as part of ongoing care, despite growing evidence that sleep and seizure activity are closely connected. Through this collaboration, researchers will explore whether improving sleep quality and consistency can positively impact sleep disturbances, circadian health, mood, and overall quality of life. At Ozlo, we've always believed that better sleep can improve lives. Supporting research like this helps advance our understanding of sleep's role in health and contributes to the development of practical, accessible solutions that can make a meaningful difference for people. We're honored to support this important work and look forward to what we learn together. Our Father's Day Gift Guide just dropped. This year, we skipped the novelty gifts and focused on products that actually make everyday life a little better. From better sleep and recovery to outdoor adventures and everyday comfort, these are the upgrades he'll still be using long after Father's Day is over. A few brands we included: Hyperice, FORME, Ozlo (obviously 😉), YETI, KINEON INC., Cozy Earth, and more. Check out the full guide here: https://lnkd.in/gA4EdnG6

Most people assume Ozlo Sleepbuds work like regular wireless earbuds. They don’t, and that’s the whole point. Traditional earbuds were built for general audio use. Sleep is a completely different challenge. When you’re trying to sleep, comfort matters differently. Battery matters differently. Reliability matters differently. Even the amount of wireless activity happening near your head matters differently. That’s why Ozlo Sleepbuds were purpose-built specifically for sleep, not adapted from an existing earbud playbook. A lot of the design decisions people ask us about, like why sleep sounds can live directly on the buds instead of streaming all night, come back to that core obsession: building something that actually helps people sleep better, not just repackaging generic audio tech. If you’ve ever wondered why Sleepbuds work differently, we broke it down in our latest blog. 👇 https://lnkd.in/dcs--2zY

People love to talk about recovery like it’s all ice baths, supplements, and expensive gadgets. But the reality is much simpler: if your sleep is off, performance suffers. We recently sat down with 3x Olympian Elizabeth Hosking of Canada Snowboard to talk about what sleep actually looks like when you’re competing at the highest level. What stood out is how relatable it all is. Even at the Olympics, recovery still comes down to navigating noisy environments, unfamiliar routines, and figuring out how to actually wind down when the pressure is high. One of Elizabeth’s biggest takeaways: the habits you build when life feels normal are the ones you rely on when things get stressful. That applies whether you're competing on the world stage or just trying to survive a snoring partner, noisy neighbors, or a brain that refuses to shut off at night. Better sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s infrastructure. Full conversation with Elizabeth here: https://lnkd.in/g7wcv9KK

Fun one we had to share. 🤩 Lena Dunham recently mentioned Ozlo Sleepbuds as part of her nightly routine, and it hit on something we think about a lot, most headphones simply aren’t built for sleep. Comfort, fit, and what happens once you actually fall asleep all matter more than people realize. She specifically called out how they stay in, even for side sleepers, and how they transition once you’re asleep so you’re not pulled back awake. That’s exactly the kind of real-world behavior we design for. The part we loved most was this. She was on a plane, saw someone else pull out Sleepbuds, and immediately asked, “Are they not incredible?” They ended up talking about them for an hour. That’s the kind of signal you can’t manufacture. When a product becomes something people recognize, share, and talk about on their own. Appreciate the shoutout, Lena!
