What slows down hiring? It’s not always the talent—it’s the uncertainty. Resumes tell you what a candidate has done. But they don’t show how they think, how they lead, or how they communicate. That’s why hiring decisions get stuck. Leaders want more clarity—but don’t have the time to dig. HireClarity solves that with structured, side-by-side candidate comparisons—complete with video interviews, behavioral summaries, and aggregated feedback. When you give decision-makers clear context and visual contrast, they move faster—and with more confidence. Clarity isn’t a luxury. It’s your advantage.

  • At Prime Team Partners, we know a résumé is only the starting point. The real differentiators—communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and presence—rarely show up on paper. That’s why we don’t just send résumés. We use HireClarity to deliver deeper insights: video interviews, behavioral summaries, and structured breakdowns that highlight not only what a candidate has done, but how they operate. Whether it’s an executive or a frontline contributor, our clients don’t just see experience—they see fit. And that clarity makes all the difference. For candidates, we showcase your skills and unique value in a way that goes far beyond the résumé. For hiring managers, we deliver clear, structured insights that highlight why a candidate is the right fit for the role.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 At the executive level, a polished resume is table stakes. It’s not what gets someone hired. Leaders are hired based on presence. Communication. Judgment. Strategic thinking. The kind of qualities that don’t show up on paper. But most search firms still lean too heavily on static summaries and keyword matches. HireClarity changes the game. With video interviews, behavioral insights, and structured candidate breakdowns, clients get a clear view of not just what a candidate has done—but how they operate. You’re not just presenting a résumé. You’re showcasing leadership.

Remote jobs are getting harder to find. Yesterday, Microsoft announced their new return-to-office policy. At Prime Team Partners, we consistently receive a significantly higher volume of applications for remote positions compared to hybrid or on-site roles, underscoring a clear and ongoing preference for remote jobs. I'm interested: how much do you value remote work? Is remote work such a game changer for you that you would accept lower compensation for the ability to work from home?

We had a great time with the wonderful GeekWire team during their first annual CEO/Founders Happy Hour at their funky HQ in the Center of the Universe (if you know, you know). We've had the honor of being the GeekWork exclusive staffing partner for the last two years... and boy has it been a great collaboration. Big thanks to Taylor Soper, John Cook, Todd Bishop, Holly Grambihler, Miya Cheng Doane and Shaun Dolence. You are the best!

My favorite parts of the job are: 1) Learning about our clients and their specific hiring needs. 2) Hearing interview feedback from clients that shows we’re making a difference and finding the right people. Below is part of a slack message we received from a CEO today that absolutely made my day. (Please note: the capitalizations are his, not mine.) OH MY GOD LOVE [Candidate]……. Spoke for about an hour. GREAT GUT feel. SO EXCITED.

Hey job seekers... When an external recruiting firm requests you to sign a "right to represent" for a specific company like Amazon, Microsoft, or Apple, it's important to question the necessity of this agreement. Rest assured, such contracts are unenforceable. Remember, you are applying for a particular role, not committing to potential future opportunities. As a job seeker: - You have the freedom to apply independently. - You can choose which agency represents you. - You can be represented for different roles by different agencies. - You are not required to grant any agency exclusive representation rights. At Prime Team Partners, we do seek your written consent to share your details with a client, but we prioritize your future prospects and would never limit your opportunities.. Stay informed and cautious in your job search journey.

Two BIG questions I hear from client companies: 1) How do I ensure our new hire doesn't keep interviewing and we don't loose them right before start date? 2) What are some best practices to ensure new hires are engage BEFORE they start? While we don’t have any control over what people choose to do, we do advise that there are some simple things that organizations can do to keep people engaged and focused on the work ahead. Consider... ** Welcome note from the hiring manager and/or CEO- goes a long way to get a warm welcome from leadership. ** Team reach outs to connect on LinkedIn- communicating and ensuring a new hire has a few contacts within the company make someone feel “part of the team”. ** Begin onboarding as soon as possible- filling out tax forms, IT permissions and equipment requests, benefits, etc. ** Send 1st day plan and outline of what to expect. This is probably the #1 worry we hear from new hires. They sign the offer letter and then have no idea what will happen Day 1. Communicating often and early can really make a difference. ** Send the Swag. Starting a new job with a fresh coffee cup, tshirt, sticker... heck, anything that says "I am part of this" is going to be appreciated. What other idea's have you seen that help get people engaged and excited about their first day?
