This event not only marked our company’s first engagement in the space industry, but it also gave us the opportunity to present our robots directly to key decision-makers who can help bring our advanced solutions to Earth-based challenges. AI is moving from the digital world into the physical world. The future isn’t just chatbots and copilots — it’s generalist robots that can do everything from assembly to logistics to healthcare. And here’s the problem: The U.S. leads in AI software...but China is racing ahead in robotics hardware and deployment They already have 10+ robotic data centers, each with 100–200 robots generating massive amounts of training data. Entirely autonomous “dark factories” are up and running. Meanwhile, America has… almost none. This matters because robotics runs on real-world data. Simulations and synthetic data can only go so far. As Robert D. Atkinson said: “AI use in robotics is constrained by a lack of data.” At Richtech, we’re building large-scale robotic data centers here in the U.S. — fleets of robots collecting real data, not CGI. Why? Because: -Shared access drives costs down -More companies can scale faster -America stays competitive in the industries that define the next century If we don’t act, the U.S. risks facing another “Toyota moment” — watching an entire strategic industry slip away.
