    CMO @ Survicate 🚀 | SaaS Marketing

76% of consumers get frustrated when personalization is based on assumptions from past clicks and behavior. While ONLY 36% of companies actually use zero-party survey data to personalize their messaging. As I prepare for tomorrow’s webinar with Customer.io (let's join us!), this GAP really strikes me. As marketers, we often over-engineer our models and forget the simplest path: just ask customers directly. And then segment based on the attributes/events properties with responses. There are so many good use cases for asking the prospect/customer directly rather than assuming based on clicks, behavior in the app or website. Let’s just take a few: 1️⃣ Marketing attribution (where did you really hear about us?) 2️⃣ Website visitor enrichment (what brought you here today?) 3️⃣ Post-trial feedback (why didn’t you upgrade?) 4️⃣ Lead nurturing (why aren’t you ready to talk yet?) 5️⃣ Product engagement signals (which features matter most? how well does the product meet your needs?) ..and tons of more, in each customer journey stage. 👉 Drop a comment below on the customer journey stage where you’d most like to increase conversions. I’ll include it in the playbook I’m presenting tomorrow and drop you a link!

And if yes, what do you actually do with those datasets? 😉 In the upcoming Survicate x Customer.io webinar, we’ll cover: 👉 How survey data enriches customer profiles & automations 👉 Show real-world use cases of zero-party customer feedback in action 👉 Go over AI-native features for smarter segmentation & personalization When? Another little Survicate milestone after 12 years in the making. It may not sound like a Crunchbase headline, but we’ve just crossed $4M ARR. We keep growing quarter after quarter. Steady growth in a crowded, mature space feels like a win. We’re making more than we raised - profitably - by showing up, shipping relentlessly, and listening to customers. The road is bumpy, but we enjoy the ride. A little-big company winning the customer feedback space. Only getting started 😎 Onward. 🚀

  • NPS is more than a satisfaction metric. It’s not just a number. Hidden inside the comments are feature signals, telling the whole story about: 👉 Features blocking critical workflows 👉 Competitor capabilities your users love 👉 Existing features that aren’t working well enough 👉 Future directions customers expect from your product Weronika Denisiewicz, shared her workflow for turning raw NPS feedback into actionable product insights and valuable hypotheses in her recent article: https://lnkd.in/dMHe6zjf. The process started in Excel, but became much faster with Survicate’s Insight Hub, which automatically categorizes feedback into topics and makes trends visible over time.

  • Make every Iterable campaign better than the last one. How? With the Survicate x Iterable integration, you can level-up every campaign adding real feedback into the mix, from: 🎯 Embedding surveys in email campaigns to collect feedback 🎯 Triggering follow-up campaigns based on responses 🎯 Creating comprehensive user profiles with automatically shared insights Sounds tricky? It's really not. Check out how to personalize campaigns based on NPS surveys in the video below 👀 PS, we may or may not be cooking up something special with the Iterable team soon, stay tuned! 🥳

  • By the time your research project is done, it’s already outdated. That’s how, most SaaS teams are building for yesterday’s customer. And it’s costing them more than they think. Let us explain. Your customers are a moving target 🎯 Their needs, expectations, and priorities evolve constantly. If your research doesn’t keep up, your product won’t either. So instead of one-off or ad-hoc research projects, you need a consistent, continuous system in place. Swipe through to see: 👉🏻 Why static research keeps you stuck in the past 👉🏻 The real cost of outdated insights 👉🏻 How to make sure you’re always building for today’s customer Expert-based insides provided by Weronika Denisiewicz. 🫡

I don't post on here often. Honestly, when I do log on, I spend 99% of my time lurking and judging your memes 😁 But the 1% of the time I do post, it's because I wanted to share....THIS! 🎉 We just launched Survicate Academy, and along with that, our first course: How to Start Your Customer Feedback Program from Scratch Did I mention that I created this with my wonderful colleagues at Survicate ? I didn't? 😎 (Eylül Nowakowska BeyazıtAleksandra KorczynskaAleksandra DworakSabina 🦊 FoxJan BanaśAda Wręga) The course is free, short, and practical. You'll learn how to: 👉Build a feedback system that actually works 👉Avoid the messy traps that slow teams down 👉Get everyone aligned so feedback leads to action Oh, and it even comes with a certificate. Ya'll love certificates on LinkedIn, I know this.

With 10 years of experience, I’ve shaped a leading Customer Feedback Platform. I believe great design is vital to every product’s success.

There’s a tiring debate about which jobs AI will kill. My view is that, in the software space, we all just need to adjust and learn to work with these new technologies. Those who don’t will struggle in the market. As to my area of expertise, Product Management, here’s what you can do not to fall behind: - Vibe-code a side project. Nothing teaches you more than building something from scratch. Tools to try: Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic Claude Code, and Visual Studio Code/Cursor. - Dive into technical details with an LLM before presenting project to your team. Saves their time and makes you a ‘more technical’ PM by default. Personally, I find Anthropic Claude superior for technical aspects. - Kick off projects with prototyping tools. A lighter, faster alternative to bloated PRDs. Try Lovable, Vercel v0, or Figma Make. Get to know the shadcn components library.
