  • 🤔 What is the attitude of students towards AI in the workplace? That's one of the new questions we asked in our Talent Survey 2025, and today we dissect the results from the Nordic countries, from Business, Engineering and IT fields of study. We already looked earlier in the week at the students' readiness towards AI (those actively developing their skills, link to that post in the comments). 💡 Some takeaways: 🇫🇮 It's interesting to see that while students in Finland led the way in AI readiness, they are the least positive about AI in the workplace among students in the Nordics. 🇩🇰 Danish students have an almost reverse trajectory, on the lower side of AI readiness among their Nordic peers, but leading the way when it comes to positive attitude towards AI. 🇸🇪 It's more worrying for Sweden: bottom of the Nordic class with AI skills development, and quite low on their attitude towards AI.
