  • Added 6 months of 24x7 mentoring to all Microsoft course

    Team continued to expand it's bundle of 6 months access to supplemental services (called the "Power of Six") to include six months of unlimited access to mentors 24x7 (by chat, phone and email) for all Global Knowledge Microsoft students in North America. This was an expansion of the mentoring service that we used for our Microsoft boot camps (30 days of mentoring) and Microsoft office courses (60 days of mentoring).

    • Review on demand – 6 months instant access to your class recordings (indexed and searchable)

  • Rebuilt Microsoft Boot Camps

    Team rebuilt Global Knoweldge's Microsoft boot camps to reflect an increased focus on not only acquiring but practicing the skills required to pass the related Microsoft certification exams. Students now receive 6 months access to live hosted labs, 30 days of 24x7 mentoring, access to over 700 Microsoft Press eBooks for 30 days plus Transcender practice exams. After extensive market research and studnet surveys we also decided to remove the in-class testing to ensure that students take their…

  • Expanded virtual class schedule through hosted labs

    Team developed a new way of hosting labs for Microsoft courses enabling Global Knowledge to significantly expand it's Microsoft virtual class schedule. A very large scale project was completed from start-to-finish within 6 months to completely overhaul internal processes, onboard new vendors, train instructors, sales reps etc. Access to labs went from just being available in class (typically 5 days) to being online for 6 months! A very large scale project was completed from start-to-finish within 6 months to completely overhaul internal processes, onboard new vendors, train instructors, sales reps etc. Access to labs went from just being available in class (typically 5 days) to being online for 6 months! As a direct result Global Knowledge's virtual Microsoft training grew from being only 10% of Microsoft revenue in Jan 2012 to 30% by Dec 2012 to now over 50% by May of 2013.
