This patent relates to auditing content information associated with a plurality of movies, TV shows, or other visual media maintained by IMDB by performing optical character recognition (OCR) on a credits section of processed media. For example, a user or administrator may request that a particular movie be identified or that the content information (such as cast of actors and supporting staff) be identified by leveraging the information maintained by IMDB. The service can identify when the credits start and identify one or more words in the credits using the OCR for comparing to the library of information maintained by IMDB to identify the movie or the actors in the movie. Further, a user interface may be provided by the service that allows for further filtering and auditing of information for the movie that was obtained by utilizing OCR. The auditing of information for the movies and TV shows can aid in ensuring that all relevant information is up to date and correct.

A procurement option (e.g., information indicating a credit card number and shipping address) for purchasing the item is also displayed, but is disabled due to a lack of sufficient procurement information. After a user provides the required procurement information, the procurement option is enabled, allowing the user to perform the single action (e.g., press the “One Click” button), which causes the item to be ordered using the procurement option with the supplemental procurement information provided by the user.
