“Timur is so far the best manager I have been working with. As a team lead, he was very good at preparing and organizing the plan for the team, as well as communicating with other stakeholders to make sure the team could handle technical tasks well. For me, he gave concrete feedback during my probation, guided me on the path to become an SRE. As a software developer, even though I was not a developer, I could not validate all of his skills, but from the projects and tasks I worked with him, he was a seasoned software developer, who knew many design patterns, best practices and language syntax. Thus, he could solve any task and issue quickly and smoothly. As a coach, he was very good at teaching. I did not have much programming skill before working with Timur. After a few months, with his guidance, encouragement and pair-programming sessions, I learnt how to do programming properly, particularly with TypeScript. As a Director of Engineering, from my perspective, he knew how to architect IT products, as well as collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and third-parties to make sure the products are delivered fast with high quality. As a friend, he was nice and had a sense of humor. Memes and funny stories were not unfamiliar with him. He also didn't hesitate to destroy you on the basketball court. All in all, I highly recommend Timur for any management and leadership position in the technology field in any organization. ”
