Compensation

$90,000 - $150,000+ annually (Performance-Based Compensation Plan)

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales consultants
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales volume and profitability goals
• Desk deals, structure transactions, TO customers, and assist with closing opportunities
• Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews
• Monitor daily sales performance, gross profit, payroll, and productivity metrics
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve manufacturer Customer Experience (Top Box/PDS) scores
• Collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service departments to maximize dealership performance
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• Support inventory management, prospecting initiatives, and dealership marketing efforts
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful automotive sales management experience
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience desking deals and improving dealership sales performance
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and an excellent professional reputation
