Bring presenters and content on screen
As the organizer, you're determining what appears on the screen, what all you would like to have added. So for example, right now I'm going to bring Reggie on the screen. And if Reggie was displaying their video, this is what we would see. But I've asked Reggie to show us a photo instead. And so Reggie, who's working in an iPad is going to start presenting. And there's the photo. So it's really easy for both Reggie and I to be having a conversation, to be presenting, and to be showing content here. It doesn't matter whether it's a video or something else. And when Reggie is done presenting the content, they simply choose "Stop presenting" again, and we're back to a split screen. And if I no longer need Reggie there, simply take Reggie back off the screen. So what you're doing during the meeting is you are bringing content, moving the content from your content choices here onto the screen. Remember that when Reggie decided to share content, we didn't actually have a separate box here…
