When we created our town hall, there were two automatic emails. One sent to invite people to the event. The second to remind people that the recording of the event was available. Those are auto emails. There are many more of them available for webinars, but some of these are only for users of Microsoft Teams Premium. For example, there's a pending approval, a rejection. Both of those are only available if you have the ability to reject registrations. So if you are using the regular version of Teams, not premium, make sure you preview the attendee registration, the webinar cancellation, webinar time date update, webinar reminder, and event recording available. And note when these are sent. The webinar reminder goes out an hour before the event. And if you want to look at any of these, simply click to check them.
