- By now, I'm sure you have used some form of generally available generative AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to draft emails, generate summaries, and create images or even videos. However, in many cases, that is what the use of Gen AI gets restricted to. Privacy, black box algorithm, hallucination, and data security are some of the concerns that limit its business use. These are all valid. No one wants or should expose their company data to a publicly available Gen AI model. So, how can we use Gen AI to help us with ESG compliance and reporting while keeping it secure, private, free from hallucinations, and importantly, economical as well?
