So many billion dollar companies saying software needs to be easier. I disagree if your customers don’t understand it, you trained them poorly or you need to get rid of them. Historically each civilisation collapses when you get rid of the organic complexity of complex systems. Centralising and gatekeeping intelligence has killed every system (on repeat). Never seen any data or peer reviewed research that said otherwise The current saas mindset: keep your customers dumb and make profit, so your VC chumbs can beat their chests and feel secure from insecure. New approach: get rid of customers who are stuck in old beliefs and only take customers who want to be better and challenge you to be better. Longer term partnerships over fake short term engagements. Intelligence over stupidity and profits. Intensive military style training for customers. We call it a deployment for a reason. It ain’t easy for a reason. So many nerds forget this. Some of these 🦄 are just idiots behind their balance sheets. They won’t exist soon, not a rant, the data orchestration has already called it. I would reveal their names and dates on when it will happen, but I’d rather read it myself I’m raising a private vc round next month on my terms, no board seats, only capital, those people know who they are. And if its you, you better come with check book and brain, because you will only get one bite of the 🍪 and be ready to open doors in US Gov 🇺🇸 because if you can’t you’re not the books #whyonboardentropy
