Choosing the best LLM for team collaboration and shared AI workflows

This title was summarized by AI from the post below.

Question to those using LLMs every day: Which LLM work best for team collaboration and shared AI workflows? I'm personally split 50/50 between ChatGPT and Claude. But as we look to invest in an Enterprise account for Remento, I'm realizing I definitely have some blind spots... Our primary goal is to easily create reusable AI assistants that any team member can access, trained on our specific knowledge base. For example: 👉 Marketing copy aligned with brand voice 👉 Product feedback based on customer research 👉 Content strategy from audience data For those who've made this transition: what's working?

I think what Alex Calder Bradford Church and team are doing at Coworker.ai is pretty darn cool

Charlie Greene I believe we use both tools. 🤔 Personally, I lean on ChatGPT for everything, but based on what you need, I'd look into Claude. Since you're already using CIO, you can connect Claude into your workspace~ Here's the blog post!: https://customer.io/learn/integrations/mcp-server

Look into DocsBot – Aaron, the founder is working really hard on it!

We take the approach of using your data warehouse as a centralized place that the data exists, and then run agentic workflows off of that data at Cotera. For example, let's say you want a workflow to create jira tickets every week from the top customer complaints - where does the customer complaint data live? - could be support tickets, surveys, app reviews. those all should be syncing into a warehouse. all the agentic ai has to do then is run through them, surface the top ones, and then action by hitting the Jira API.
