Today marks my 91st day as Director of Financial Planning at Per Scholas! Per Scholas empowers learners with rigorous training for tech careers, and connect skilled talent to leading businesses. 3 months in I’m feeling both grateful and energized from what I've witnessed in the organization so far and the journey ahead 😃 First and foremost, I thank God for guiding me to this role and placing incredible people along the way who have shown me favor and support. A few people at Per Scholas I want to highlight for their support: Keith R. for making the hiring process seamless and continuing to check in well beyond the interview stage, making sure I feel supported every step of the way. Pam Kingpetcharat, my incredible manager – for welcoming me with open arms, trusting me with this new challenge, and being my biggest cheerleader as I get settled in. I’m excited to keep learning and growing under her leadership. Tyrone Ramnath a former colleague turned teammate again! Tyrone’s warm, friendly nature is exactly as I remembered, and now I get to see it shine in the culture he’s built for his learners here at Per Scholas Boston.
