How does a smart benefits debit card know which account to use? It seems like a simple question, but in the benefits card world, it is the beginning of rapid, complex decisioning. Our latest blog breaks down what really happens in those few seconds at checkout. A few highlights: ✅ MCC validation confirms the merchant category ✅ Merchant‑level overrides refine eligibility ✅ IIAS checks item‑level eligibility at mixed retailers ✅ Purse rules determine which accounts can be used ✅ Balance checks confirm available funds ✅ Priority logic selects the right purse automatically This is the infrastructure behind modern, compliant benefits programs. Collections don’t slow down because of payments — they slow down because of everything around them. Billing, delivery, access, experience — that’s where friction lives. Remove that, and payments follow. Worth a look if you’re thinking about modernizing A/R workflows. #Payments #AR #Utilities #DigitalTransformation #ICUX2026
Faster collections don’t happen by accident. They happen when you remove friction. Here’s how utilities are doing that with Doculivery: → Automating Billing & A/R workflows → Delivering invoices digitally → Embedding Click-to-Pay → Providing a seamless, white-labeled experience No confusion. No delays. No unnecessary steps. Just faster payments. 📍 See how at Booth #1329 | #IUCX2026 https://lnkd.in/estuURAW #Payments #Utilities #DigitalTransformation

Most people compare payment processing based on rates. In unattended, that’s not the real risk. If a machine goes down: There’s no staff. No backup. No second chance. The customer just walks away. Reliability isn’t a feature in unattended. It’s the business.

There is no single switch you flip to fix chargebacks. Good chargeback prevention is layered. Clear checkout language. Recognisable billing descriptors. Fast customer support. Sensible refund handling. Renewal reminders. Transaction monitoring. Dispute response. Root-cause analysis. Miss one layer and the whole thing gets weaker. That's why “we installed a tool” is rarely the full answer. Tools help. So do better systems. So does sharper communication. The merchants that reduce disputes sustainably usually do two things well: They stop treating every chargeback as a one-off. And they stop trying to solve a customer journey issue with a single bit of software. Prevention works best when commercial, operational and payment teams are all looking at the same picture #chargebacks #Prevention #VAMP #
