I was honored to share the keynote stage with U.S. Ambassador Marc Knapper who reaffirmed support for Vietnam’s ambition to become one of the world’s largest digital economies, as well as Techcombank CEO Jens Lottner who shared their remarkable cloud and AI transformation journey, and U2U Networks' Trang Phung who demonstrated how AWS is enabling sustainable Web3 ecosystems. We are at a historic tipping point where AI will fundamentally reshape how we live, work, and create value. Asia Pacific and Japan sits at the center of this transformation, with analysts projecting cloud investments of $471.2B by 2028 driving an estimated $1.6T in economic impact by 2027. What's particularly exciting is seeing how organizations across APJ are already turning these possibilities into reality – with 63% operationalizing AI today. The stories shared by our customers demonstrated Vietnam's incredible innovative spirit. Their journeys remind us that while technology enables transformation, it's culture that determines success.
