Honored to share perspectives on transforming our food system during New York Climate Week. Had some great conversations on my panels and round table discussions at the Food Tank Summit, Clinton Global Initiative, and Amazon’s The Climate Pledge Hub. The message was clear across all venues: The challenges facing our food system require unprecedented collaboration between businesses, farmers, and policymakers. From reducing food waste to reimagining supply chains, the solutions exist—but we must act together with urgency. For Amazon’s Worldwide Grocery Stores, we're putting these principles into action because every step in the supply chain presents an opportunity to build a more sustainable and equitable food future. Grateful to the organizers and fellow speakers for fostering these critical discussions. The future of food depends on all of us working as one to transform how we grow, move, and consume food. Let's keep pushing forward together.

5dAs long as you keep selling meat, dairy, and eggs, along with ultraprocessed “foods,” you (WFM) are contributing to the climate problem, or at least you’re enabling the offenders! 🤬
