I'm excited to share that today I'm joining AIONIX as its Founding Chief Product Officer. ⭐ After 10 years at Atlassian, I realised I wasn’t looking for the biggest company or the safest next step. I was looking for the biggest opportunity to build, learn and make an impact. And if I could find that alongside exceptional people, an ambitious mission, and a product I genuinely couldn’t stop thinking about - I’d know I’d found the right place. Three months ago, I met Roee for what I expected would be a coffee chat to talk product and exchange ideas. But what started as one coffee quickly became a series of conversations about product, customers and the future of AI adoption. The more I got to know Roee and learned about Aionix and the problem it is solving, the more I realised I didn't want to advise from the sidelines. I wanted to help build it. Aionix is building the intelligence layer for the AI-powered enterprise - helping organisations understand how AI is actually being used, identify opportunities and risks, and continuously improve the way their teams work with AI. Joining an early-stage startup as a Founding CPO is both exciting and terrifying. When something makes you feel both of these... you cannot say no to it.
