The hype around AI in customer service operations can be misleading. I'm excited about the potential of AI to improve customer experiences. But it can backfire if not done right. For example, we often see: • Chatbots frustrating customers with limited understanding • Companies using AI to reduce staff, not enhance service • Over-reliance on AI leading to loss of human connection So if you're considering AI for your customer service team and feeling overwhelmed...
