Five years ago, if you told me I’d be in Thailand celebrating Cloudflare’s Presidents Club, I would have laughed. At 35, my life pivoted sharply. I went from being a stay-at-home mom to a single mom of two and the sole head of my household... in the middle of Covid. I needed a career that could support my family, and I knew tech sales was the path. So, with the advice of friends (Dan I. Jordan Naylor) I took a gamble and started from scratch as a BDR at Cloudflare. I wanted to learn the products from the ground up, master pipeline building, and put in the reps. Two years of hard work and constant learning later, I'm celebrating this milestone in Thailand with other top performers. Hitting Presidents Club is a great milestone, but the real win is knowing that taking a major risk on myself paid off. This career shift is fundamentally changing the future for me and my kids. Huge thanks to my leadership team (Mike D. John Aaron Davis Jeffrey Ward) for giving me the shot, guiding me through the ropes, and backing me along the way; and to the mentors (Irena Islam Sarah Rich Mark Sexton) who take the time to coach me, answer my endless questions, and help me grow professionally.
