In the beginning, passenger vehicles weren’t equipped with electric starters, automatic transmissions, ABS or air bags. Those enhancements were developed as the need arouse! Incredible AI solutions are on the horizon in freight, but there are some major flaws already being uncovered. We did some R&D at DUKE.AI with some open models. However the output and accuracy was unpredictable. So we’ve made some enhancements to our model giving us control and unique insights. 1. Know the limitations 2. Own the IP 3. Iterate and deploy

A harsh braking event could be a careless driver or a hero avoiding a child who ran into the road. Chasing a perfect score on a telematics report can create fearful, robotic drivers. The goal isn't perfect data; it's intelligent understanding. This is why we created the Driver Torque Index (DTI). It doesn't just measure the what; it seeks to understand the why. It correlates quantitative data with qualitative driver dignity. Because a safe, empowered driver will naturally produce better data over time. Don't manage the dashboard.
