I joined Fulcrum 4 months ago and it's been the most exciting professional run of my life. Now I'm hiring someone to work directly alongside me. The role is Founding Operator. The pitch is simple: this is the highest-agency, highest-learning seat you can take before starting your own company. What you'll actually do: → Sit alongside our CEO, CTO, and the rest of leadership on the hardest, most ambiguous problems we face. → Touch every part of the business in a single week: product, deployment, pricing, customer strategy, GTM automation, board materials. The mandate is unbounded. → Operate in the unstructured. If something matters and no one else is doing it, you own it. Who I'm looking for: → 2 to 4 years at MBB or a bulge-bracket / elite boutique IB → A punishingly high internal bar paired with real humility → AI-native. You're already using frontier models to do the work of three people, and can speak to what they can and can't actually do today → Aspiring founder energy. You want the reps before you go start your own thing You will learn more in 6 months here than in 3 years anywhere else. In-person in SF.
