Dear Samsung Team, I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the abysmal after-sales service I have received from Samsung India. I purchased a refrigerator in 2022 for Rs. 70,000, expecting reliability and high-quality service. However, what I have experienced over the past week has been nothing short of a nightmare. On 4th August, my refrigerator broke down. I lodged a complaint on 5th August, and an engineer visited the very next day. The engineer diagnosed a compressor malfunction and assured me that the part would be replaced the following day. From that point onwards, I have been bombarded with nothing but empty assurances from both customer care and the service engineer. Finally, on 10th August, a different engineer came with the compressor only to diagnose that the condenser was also faulty. So, yet again, I was faced with another delay. On 11th August, yet another engineer arrived with both the compressor and condenser, only to discover a third issue: a part called "VC" was malfunctioning.
