Hi Samsung Electronics recently I sent in my phone for a Screen Replacement. During the replacement the Screen Touch stopped working and I was told that the motherboard experience a short circuit and that the service centre will need 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. On the second day they call and told me the repair was done and that the CI on the motherboard experience a shot circuit while the screen was getting changed. On the third day a representative from the Samsung Malaysia HQ called and told me that it was a loose connection. How can i trust that its a loose connection and not a short circuit as the first 2 days it was said to me to be a short circuit ?
Cheapest quality of parts are used in Samsung Phones and TV dead after software update.dont buy samsung product . And no solution was provided by samsung Even if the product is dead due to a software update . They are harassing me to pay for the panel which is dead after the software update.shame on you samsung for harassing the customer for their profits.

Samsung Do you think customers are fools? A55 had amazing filters before, now the update made them terrible. I’ll never recommend Samsung again!
